On THe Rocks' COVID-19 UPDATES

Updated as of May 22, 2020:

On The Rocks continues to closely monitor developments associated with the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).

We are in the business of serving people and in the midst of this outbreak, we believe it is important to give you as much information as possible about the procedures we are following to ensure a clean and sanitary environment for our employees and guests.

We always have the highest standards for cleanliness and sanitation but we want to assure you that the safety of our employees and guests is extremely important to us, which is why we have taken, among other things, the following preventative measures:

· Frequently sanitizing all surfaces and public areas before, during, and after business hours.

· Reinforcing employee adherence to hygiene practices recommended by the CDC.

· Following all guidelines issued by the CDC.

· Keeping our employees up-to-date on COVID-19 developments.

· Adhering to travel bans and prohibiting employees from returning to work where appropriate.

· Ascertaining that our vendors and suppliers are engaging in prudent preventive measures.

· All employees are required to wear masks at all times. In addition, all employees will perform a temperature check every day upon arrival at work.

· Salad bar will be discontinued until further notice.

· Disposable dinner menus will be used until further notice. Other menus will be sanitized after each use.

·  All seating is appropriately spaced to observe social distancing (6 feet).

Our management will continue to monitor the situation and follow all recommendations and guidelines as published by the CDC and/or other federal agencies. We remain ready to serve our customers in the most appropriate fashion and will do everything we can to protect our employees and our customers.

As of March 17, 2020:

Unfortunately, Governor Roy Cooper has ordered all restaurants and bars to close with the exception of takeout and delivery orders in order to lessen the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).

At this time, our hours for takeout orders will remain the same: Wednesday and Thursday 4pm-9pm; Friday and Saturday 4pm-10pm.

Our new menu will be available to view via Facebook and on our website under the Menu tab. Takeout orders will begin 3/18/2020 at 4pm. To place a takeout order with curbside pickup service, please call us at 252-773-4114. Delivery orders will be available within the next few days, more to come. Stay healthy!
